The Future Track Computer Education (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy. As a Meta Tech Partner, we comply with Meta’s platform terms and applicable laws. This policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect data—including Meta Platform Data—on behalf of our clients.
2. Information We Collect
User-Provided Data: Personal information you submit via forms or interactions.
Automated/Platform Data: Metadata, usage data, and other information collected via integrations with Meta platforms, clearly outlined in our data collection disclosures.
Meta Platform Data: Data obtained via Meta APIs or platforms, processed strictly according to client direction and this policy.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing
To provide and manage services related to Meta platform integrations (e.g. automation, message delivery).
To comply with client direction and Meta’s Developer Policy obligations, including not using data for unrelated purposes.
4. Transparency & Consent
This policy is publicly accessible at a non-geoblocked URL and listed in your App Dashboard.
We clearly state what data we collect, how we process it, and its purposes.
Users may request data deletion by contacting us via the “Contact Us” section below.
5. Data Security
We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that meet or exceed industry standards to protect all Platform Data.
Encryption in transit and at rest, such as TLS 1.2+ and industry-standard encryption.
Incident reporting: Promptly notify Meta as required upon detection of unauthorized data processing or security incidents.
6. Service Providers & Subprocessors
We only engage Service Providers who agree in writing to adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards.
As a Tech Provider, we process Platform Data on behalf of clients only, keep data separated per client, and maintain a client registry for inspection.
7. Incident Response
We maintain a tested incident response plan, conduct annual drills, and cooperate fully with Meta and legal authorities in the event of a data incident.
8. Logging & Monitoring
Audit logs record access to Platform Data and are protected from tampering.
Data flows are mapped, and transfers are monitored to detect anomalous or unauthorized activity.
9. Meta Platform Data Handling
We process data exclusively for the client’s purposes, never for our own.
We ensure confidentiality via contractual binding, and report data incidents to Meta within 48 hours when acting as a Service Provider.
We do not disclose any Meta Platforms Data unless directed by Meta or required by law.
10. User Rights & Minors
We provide mechanisms for users to access, correct, or delete their data.
If our services involve minors, we comply with COPPA, GDPR, and other applicable laws regarding parental consent and age verification.
11. Policy Updates
Any updates will be posted here with an updated "Effective Date." We will maintain the policy link in all relevant platforms including App Dashboard and app stores.
